Ingredients
1 (16 oz) pkg baby bella mushrooms
3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup dry red wine
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
8 sprigs thyme
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbs unsalted butter, cubed
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Place mushrooms in a large bowl. Add olive oil, wine, Worcestershire, thyme and salt. Toss to completely coat the mushrooms. Pour into a baking dish, and spread in a single layer. Add butter to the top of the mushrooms. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes until mushrooms are cooked through. Serve immediately.
